Installation method
Preparation stage: Tools: expansion screw (for concrete and cement brick wall), dovetail nail (for steel structure construction), pistol drill, air nail gun (not necessary), marking pen, tape measure, rubber hammer, cutting machine, etc.
Installation of fitting base: before installing the plate, install the plate fitting base, mainly including the starting part, closing part, edge wrapping, middle seam, internal and external corners, etc.
Installation of plates: after the fitting base is installed, install the first plate horizontally from top to bottom and fix it on the wall with expansion screws or dovetail nails (it is recommended to fix a nail every 60 cm), then insert the female mouth of the second plate downward with the male mouth of the first plate, while tapping the interface of the two plates with a rubber hammer to ensure that the joint of the two plates is tight enough, and then fix the second plate on the wall with expansion screws or dovetail nails, The other plates are then installed in the same way. It should be noted that when the wall size is not consistent with the plate size, the installation should be continued after measuring and cutting.
Install fitting cover plate: after all plates are installed, press the fitting cover plate on the base with force. If it is a fitting of the same material, it shall be fixed on the wall with screws, and then sealed with waterproof glass adhesive.
Remove the protective film: remove the protective film after the plate is installed.
